Waterproofing Solutions

Water reaches a structure in three ways — rain driven onto walls and terraces, water under pressure against basements and tanks, and rising damp through foundations. Each needs a different system: integral admixtures dosed into the concrete, flexible cementitious or elastomeric coatings on the surface, and PU injections or sealants at cracks and joints. Unchecked seepage corrodes reinforcement, spalls concrete and causes damp patches and mould, so choosing the right system at the right stage costs far less than a repair later.
